This site is being built so that as many people as possible can use it.

Our standard

We aim to meet theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2at level AA. We also follow the practical accessibility guidance used by theGOV.UK Service Manual.

What you should be able to do

  • navigate the site using a keyboard or assistive technology
  • zoom and reflow content without losing information
  • use the site with increased text spacing or high-contrast settings
  • reduce or remove non-essential motion
  • understand images through contextual alternative text

Testing status

Automated accessibility checks cover each production page. Keyboard, screen-reader, magnification and real-device checks are part of the pre-launch manual audit. Automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier.
