I design and build email for clients across a wide range of sectors, from one-off promotional campaigns to sophisticated transactional systems.
My work includes modular template systems that allow teams to assemble campaigns from bespoke, reusable content blocks. The resulting emails are accessible, standards-compliant and thoroughly tested across major email clients, browsers and mobile devices. I work with both responsive and fixed-width design systems, choosing the approach that best suits the content, audience and platform.
I have delivered email through established platforms including Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor and Dotdigital, integrating with their existing tools and workflows. I have also built custom email systems with bespoke back ends, using delivery services including Postmark, RocketMail and Resend.
